6. How long does production take?
Each piece is handcrafted to order.
Production time: 2–5 business days
This allows our artists to carefully design and create your personalized keepsake.
7. What is the shipping time?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International Orders: 8–15 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
8. Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, production may have already started and changes may no longer be possible.
