Each memorial piece is handcrafted and personalized with care. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

United States: 5–9 business days
International Orders: 8–15 business days
Estimated delivery time for most U.S. orders is 7–14 business days, including production and shipping.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all products are custom-made, orders may be modified or canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, production may have already begun and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made memorial items cannot be returned or refunded unless:
• The item arrives damaged during transit
• The item contains a manufacturing defect
• The item received is significantly different from the approved order details
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return or claim has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
